Terms of Use
Effective October 26, 2026
1. Agreement
These terms govern your use of revquence.com (the “Site”), operated by Revquence LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company. By using the Site you agree to them. Consulting and coaching engagements are governed by a separate written agreement, which controls if it conflicts with these terms.
2. Informational content only
Articles, frameworks and other content on the Site and our Substack are general information. They are not legal, financial, tax, medical or mental-health advice. Coaching is not therapy or counseling and is not a substitute for a licensed professional.
3. Booking a call
Booking a call does not create a client relationship or obligate either party. Please don’t share confidential information until an engagement agreement is in place.
4. Intellectual property
The Revquence name, star logo, frameworks, text and graphics belong to Revquence or its licensors. You may view and share links to our content for personal or internal business use. You may not copy, resell, or create derivative works without written permission.
5. Acceptable use
Don’t misuse the Site: no automated scraping, spam bookings, attempts to break security, or unlawful content in forms.
6. Third-party services and links
The Site links to and embeds services we don’t control, such as our booking calendar, newsletter platform and social media sites. Their own terms and privacy policies apply. Partner and tool recommendations reflect our judgment; we are not responsible for third-party products, and we will disclose any paid referral or sponsorship relationship.
7. Disclaimer
The Site is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent the law allows.
8. Limitation of liability and indemnity
To the fullest extent the law allows, Revquence is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages from your use of the Site. You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Revquence LLC and its owners, officers and contractors from any claims, losses, damages, liabilities and expenses, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, arising from your use of the Site or your violation of these terms.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA. Disputes go to the state courts of Sheridan County, Wyoming, or the federal courts for the District of Wyoming, unless the law of your country of residence gives you the right to bring claims at home or apply local consumer protections.
10. Changes
We may update these terms; the effective date above shows the latest version.
