We do not knowingly collect information from children under 16, and we do not ask for sensitive data such as health or financial account details on this site.
How we use it, and our legal basis (EU/UK)
| Purpose | Legal basis |
|---|---|
| Scheduling and holding calls you request | Steps before a contract, or our legitimate interest in responding to you |
| Delivering consulting or coaching engagements | Contract |
| Replying to emails and partner inquiries | Legitimate interest |
| Sending marketing emails | Your consent (you can withdraw anytime) |
| Site security, analytics and improvement | Legitimate interest; consent where cookie law requires it |
| Legal, tax and accounting records | Legal obligation |
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising. We do not use it for automated decisions that have legal or similarly significant effects.
Who we share it with
We share personal information only with service providers that help us run Revquence as a consulting business, in these categories: website hosting, email, calendar and booking, newsletter publishing, social media platforms (when you contact us there), payment processing, customer relationship management (CRM), and other business tools such as file storage and accounting. They may use it only to provide services to us, under contracts that require them to protect it. We may also disclose information when the law requires it, to protect our rights, or to a buyer if the business is sold. If you are in the EU or UK, you may ask us which specific providers have received your data.
International transfers
We are based in the United States, so your data is processed in the US. For transfers from the EU, UK and Switzerland, we rely on our providers’ certification under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework (and its UK Extension and Swiss framework) or on Standard Contractual Clauses and the UK International Data Transfer Addendum.
How long we keep it
Booking and inquiry records: up to 24 months after our last contact. Client engagement records: the length of the engagement plus 7 years for tax and legal purposes. Marketing contacts: until you unsubscribe. Analytics data: up to 14 months.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to:
- access the personal data we hold about you and get a copy
- correct or delete it
- object to or restrict how we use it, and withdraw consent
- receive it in a portable format
- opt out of sale, sharing or targeted advertising (we do none of these)
- appeal our decision on your request
- complain to a regulator: your EU data protection authority, the UK Information Commissioner’s Office (ico.org.uk), or your US state attorney general
To use a right, email privacy@revquence.com. We will respond within 30 days (45 days where US state law allows), verify your identity first, and never charge you or treat you differently for asking. Authorized agents may submit requests for California residents. We honor Global Privacy Control browser signals as an opt-out.
Security
We use encrypted connections (HTTPS), two-factor authentication on our business accounts, and limited access to client data. No system is perfectly secure; we will notify you and regulators of a breach where the law requires.
